What I have learned the past 10 years

Hey everyone, I decided to write about what I’ve learned the past 10 years. Because a new decade has started but also because just because it’s a new decade, doesn’t mean that any of us should forget what all of us have learned over the years. One of the most important lessons I have learned is to be patient and have courage. Because life can be really stressful at times and there have been many times that I’ve either burst into tears, had a anxiety attack or had health issues because of stress. One of the many verses that can help with anxiety and just life in general is Psalms 18:2;”The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my strong hold”. Psalms 18:2 can help because part of life is having courage no matter what happens even if you shed a few tears. There is nothing wrong with crying. Don’t believe what ANYONE says about you being a baby when you cry. Because crying can be very healing in it’s own way. Psalms 18:2 talks about the Lord being your rock, fortress and deliverer. Which mean the same thing, God will be with you through it all you just need to have courage no matter what happens. Jeremiah 29:11-12 says;” For I know the plans I have for you, “Declares the Lord,” plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. Then you will call on me and I will listen to you.” Another lesson that I’m still learning is that God has a plan for all of us. You and I both just need to do 3 things: Pray about what God is calling you to do, be patient and trust that God has a plan for all of us! Which I know from personal experience can be hard to believe at times. Especially when life is stressful which is common in life. But life isn’t about being stressed out. It’s about finding the good in life, spending time with those you care about most and going on adventures along with getting out of your comfort zone! I’m going to finish this blog post by challenging you to live life to the fullest no matter what happens! As always, if you have any questions or comments about this post or about anything or any prayer requests feel free to comment below or message me including if you need any advice on anything. Thanks for reading!
