Having hope

Hey everyone, so I decided to write about hope because honestly with everything going on in this world everyone could use some hope. Basically, what hope is it is believing that something will happen. For example: believing that COVID-19 will be over soon. A good verse to keep in mind while you’re trying to have hope is Hebrews 6:19-20;” We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf. Hey everyone, so I decided to write about having hope because I feel like with everything going on in He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek. “Did you catch that? It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain. What the inner sanctuary behind the curtain means is your heart and your chest as the curtain. I know this may seem confusing but think about it for a second or even a few minutes. When you became a believer of Christ, you asked Christ into your heart and now Christ lives in your heart which means that Christ will be with you for the rest of your life no matter what you do or happens in your life which is where the anchor for the soul, firm and secure come into play, Christ will bring you up when you feel down which is what an anchor does in a way it keeps the boat from drifting and creates resistance from crazy water.

Psalm 25:5 says,” Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.” God will guide us in life forever. For me personally, God has lead me through a lot of trials and decisions that I’ve had to make especially these past few years with different stuff that has been placed in front of me even last year when I made the decision not to go to Des Moines Salt Company anymore after May was over because it was getting close to the time for me to start a new chapter in my life. Which was a hard decision to make because the salt network is a amazing ministry and I made a lot of memories and friends there even reunited with some friends from high school during that time and I would definitely recommend salt to anyone that had just graduated from high school or is in college because when I had just started going my parents were separated at the time and so things were crazy to put it mildly and while they did end up getting back together a few months later salt gave me a chance to develop a life outside a my family where not quite everyone knew my family which was really nice and gave me time to grow as a person which I’m very thankful for it also gave me the chance to make friends that are family to me and taught me that family isn’t just people who are related to me it’s also people who were and still are there for you even if you end up getting caught in between a house fire with someone until very late at night.

My point is that while life can be crazy those craziest times can be the best time of your life even if you shed a few tears or a lot of tears. That is exactly how God teaches us a lesson because while you may physically be done with school you are always going to be enrolled in the school of life with the world as your classroom. Jeremiah 29:11 says” For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” That is the number 1 lesson that you will ever learn because yeah life can be nuts but that’s life. Life is an adventure and if you just run around like a chicken then you will miss out on all that life has to hold!!!

I’m going to finish up this blog post by challenging you to get out of your comfort zone and do something that you’ve never done before. As always, thank you for reading this blog post and I hope you have an adventure filled great day! If you have any questions, comments about this post or anything or just need someone to talk to I’m only a message or comment away. Including if you have any prayer requests! Thanks for reading!
